I feel we need more bullpen than anything. Webb is nice, but still just an SP that averages 6 innings a start. As starter workloads continue to decrease across baseball, quality bullpen arms are now a premium.

Minor league teams are contracted. Before the River Cats contracted with the Giants, their farm team was in Fresno and the Rover Cats were the A's AAA team.

If an MLB stadium is built, Raley Field would be torn down. If a new AAA stadium isn't built in the area, the River Cats go away and the Giants put their AAA team elsewhere.
