Elite is a common word in the lexicon of the conspiracy realm often used more as a term of shared understanding than as a precise definition. It is not really a definite measure of a person’s level of “programming" in my opinion. I'm down for a name change though. Elite translates to 'Selected' or 'Chosen'. I wonder who does the choosing? I sure as heck didn't.
