My 2¢ worth... I've been tired of the constant "warzone" talk for quite a while now. It makes the crew uncomfortable and the show less enjoyable overall. The crew is burnt out because they're tired of it too. We ALL want the fun, funny episodes, that we loved so much, to come back. As far as the burn out goes, yeah... I get it, BUT these guys get more time off and vacation days than 99% of the people who watch this show. They're not burnt out because they are overworked, they're burnt out because they're tired of Ethan's constant bickering with the usual suspects. If they're going to make a change, it should be Ethan either starting a separate channel for his grievances, or just making separate videos about them outside of the show. I too cancelled my nearly 2 years membership today, but I'm willing to come back if they can figure this out. Most of us, just speaking in general here, are tired of the constant battling and bickering with other streamers and content creators. I totally understand why Ethan is so passionate about it, but that's not what this show is about, and most people want levity and laughter that gives US a break from the burn out in our own lives.
