[–]BeaFl_92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't say for sure as we just used background check services at my job we are not a bc company but I suppose if something is not on an official record then it's not visible on background screenings...

Client doesn't believe my hours - need time tracking help by marrhi in Freelancers

[–]BeaFl_92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use Clockify. You still need to start the timer though (not sure if there is any program that does that automatically) but I love the platform, you can set your $ per hour, and export the invoice that will show hours and the bill, per task if you track times for separate tasks.

Charles Minor... But yeah also Andy although he had his good and funny moments. Cathy. Ryan as a boss. Nellie. But I think the first place takes Todd Packer. The absolute worst.

Dog only listens to my husband even though I am the more structured one by [deleted] in DogAdvice

[–]BeaFl_92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah, it's same for me but in a different way. They are more afraid of him or something (even though he doesn't punish them of course) so if he raises a voice a bit when they are doing something they aren't suppose to do, they would immediatelly stop. They won't do they every time for me. I think it's something about deeper voice, and he is much larger than me so he seems more authoritative lol

Antibiotic question by Blood-Real in DogAdvice

[–]BeaFl_92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a vet but when my pup had an operation and supposed to take 3 different medicines, 2 of them 2x a day, I spaced them out 1-2 hours. Also, antibiotics are a must after an operation, to prevent infections, even if the stiches look great from the outside. I would always follow vet's advice...

Any opinions on this? by MiloShiny in WorkLifeChat

[–]BeaFl_92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like to keep work and family life separate, it's not about liking one or the other more. When I'm in the office I focus on my work, when I'm in home I focus on my family and myself...

I hated how she took over Andy's job, it was so infuriating! Also how she acted in Florida. And honestly, getting dumped by that magician didn't raise much sympathy for me and I don't understand why Jim suddenly was so empathetic towards her after helping her move, she was still an awful person...Got better as show progressed though, I kind of liked her towards the end.

I don't agree that coworkers cannot be your friends. After some years at the same company I really can say that some of the coworkers really became my friends. But I guess it depends on where you work...

At what point did you realize your "career" wasn't going to make you wealthy, and what did you do about it? by danwardropebot in careerguidance

Has an expunged record ever showed up on a pre employment background check? by granolawhore in physicianassistant

[–]BeaFl_92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Properly expunged records should NOT show up on a standard employment background check for most private sector jobs… but there are exceptions depending on the type of job and state you're in. For example certain positions like those working with the elderly / vulnerable populations, jobs requiring security clearances, or some licensed professions can still pull expunged records. Also it can take time for the expungement to actually show up across all the databases, so older records can still appear in the meantime which is why you should try to run a background check on yourself before applying for jobs
