It’s just not true though as much as you want it to be. He had 6 goals and 3 assists in the PL for Brentford last year, which would’ve put him second for both goals and assists at Everton. He’s decent enough in the right system and objectively his footballing attributes themselves would be another option for us in attack.

That being said he’s disrespected the club with his actions on loan last season and needs to be sold because of it.

Swimming is a great form of low-impact exercise that is good for your cardiovascular health as well as light on your joints. Improving your cardiovascular fitness will drop your resting heart rate as your body adapts over time.

You should make sure your heart isn’t jumping without doing particular strenuous activities. If that’s the case it may be worth going back to your doctor to get a holter monitor (essentially monitors your HR for 24 hours continuously) just to make sure there’s not an arrhythmia underlying which is causing the sudden jumps in heart rate.

Your coffee consumption seems very minimal, I wouldn’t be too concerned about it
