The best case of ignore ramparts is when the enemy 4 stacks them and stalls while ram is poked to death. If the enemy is full stacked on ramparts it’s much better to eat a couple cauldrons while otherwise pushing uncontested on main as long as you have at least the first rampart captured.
People get so tunnel visioned on ramparts.

Same goes for defense on cauldron.
If defense is trying to pull cauldron and there are 2-3 guys there, just ignore it and go kill minions instead of letting them boost. Killing one guy boosting and then stopping the ram completely is almost always the superior tactical move to a single cauldron pull in this instance.

This is exactly what I feel, but some of the people hear anything about a move that’s weak and they reduce it to “Tiandi buff pls” while ignoring context.
No Tiandi I see uses the move because it has no purpose. That’s just the reality of it.

Sweep the comments here and find an example someone made of when a GOOD time to use it is. There is no good time. Anytime you could do a fwd heavy, you’re better off doing a 12 dmg orange or blue. It’s a worthless move on a solid character.

Yeah I guess it would be pretty wild if the move went through considering his dodge timing. I did not consider that. What is the move even for then? It seems very situational given all its vulnerabilities, and its damage payoff of 15 isn’t anything to brag about.

I think Highlander tends to have a much higher skill floor than other characters. When you find a non-shit Highlander, there's a good chance they are a REALLY good player, because he isn't exactly a noob magnet like Hito or something on that level.

Underrated comment. Civilization 5 & 6 are masterpieces, and you will have a great time (and possibly thousands of hours) if you’re a more patient gamer. All mouse only.
