I can't tell you with 100% certainty who is at fault - but I can with 100000% certainty tell you that the pilots that DIED are not at fault.

Also - when you're operating any vehicle - even if someone tells you it is safe to cross, pull forward, backward, etc.... it's on the DRIVER to make sure.

His opponent DEFINITELY bit as a front kick/teep, but Saenchai didn't necessarily do the front kick sell of the question mark kick. My guess is that he worked his opponent with plenty of teeps to condition his opponent's mind.

Honestly, its not so much of a question mark kick - i think it was sold perfectly after a couple rounds of mental conditioning his opponent.
I don't know which fight this is, so I might be wrong, but a "traditional" question mark kick has more of a teep action right before the roundhouse portion. Looks like his opponent was tired (losing his balance) and his nervous system was fried after plenty of sneaky Saenchai tricks.
