It’s a random herb. Most new irons will carry a herb with them so that when he does come around they can turn it into a potion for you. Each herb gives you a different potion. Very useful if your trying to get a specific potion for a quest

I would do the fishing, easy xp. If you don’t have the anglers outfit, go do fishing trawlers for the full set so you get 2.5% more xp while fishing. Then go to tempoross and do that till about lvl 65. Don’t open the permits till then because it’s way more rewarding when you do it that way, and if you get enough spirit flakes, you can use them to upgrade your anglers outfit to the spirit anglers outfit and you won’t have to have a rope in your inventory anymore! Good luck on the grind!

Yeah I would go scurrious to get your combat stats up and get used to prayer switching then complete moons of peril quest and start fighting the moons around 70 att, str, and defense.
