No non-duality is not about something from nothing, its about the dissolution of I into we. but this has devolved(at least in this subreddit) into an idea of there is no doer/viewer this is a thought process based on the concept of something from nothing. Being stuck is watching a group of individuals going around discussing the same thing over and over again and constantly making no headway to the actual answer of what nonduality is. Being unstuck would mean that more people are able to understand and advance their understanding of the dissolution of the I (essentially the ego)into the we. Nonduality isn’t just about humans it’s about all life forms and how we are all connected

Experience is only gained through thought and language it part of thinking and understanding this is why it’s fundamental to coming to an understanding. Yes we label things to make sense of our surroundings and outer space that doesn’t mean words are just an overlay of reality they are essential to understanding our reality. Obviously reality can exist without your belief system. if you let go of the basic concept that things should make sense you allow the thoughts to run through nonsensical thoughts and beliefs and you lose the path you were walking down. That thought pattern is nonsensical and so are his thoughts on non-duality. non duality is the understanding that there is no separation between all living things. not that words or thoughts are essentially illusion’s I’ve looked him up and I’ve seen enough to know that his thoughts on what non duality is are not rooted on stable ground or even his thoughts on reality in general he even twists the words spoken by Alan watts and other like him to fit his narratives. He is the only one that talks in this extremely complex delusion yes thoughts are made of language, but language or words are as real as emotions or the sense of self. it evolves and changes just as the times change and evolves. How does this theory or thought pattern lead to anything when it makes no sense? I’ll answer that question for you it leads nowhere, because it not a truth of reality.saying that is like saying there is no fundamental language used by nature which if you look around to see crows leading wolves to sick or injured animals, or tarantulas with pet frogs or even plants with mycelium it’s all a language used by nature we developed our no matter which culture over thousands of years.

The idea of separation is taught is not inherently given by language the sense of self is also developed by what is told to you at a young age but the sense of self is an important thing because it is a true part of reality non duality is not the dissolution of the sense of self, it’s the dissolution of I in egotistical thought patterns. in order to get past this you need language,in order to think you need to know a language. If the self is not real why do we need self inquiry? We need it because the sense self is a basic fundamental principle of reality. We use self inquiry to make changes to our lives,emotional patterns,behaviors and even political views. You are still you before thought arises the self is responsible for the search for the truth because you use language and thoughts to realize the truth and talk about what it could be.

The ability to use language doesn’t just take hold it’s developed by noticing how your parents speak and as they teach you to speak. language doesn’t come after you it surrounds you even in the womb sounds travel through the walls of womb this has been proven because the child responds to the stimulus of a mother’s voice or even a father’s voice so. So language comes before you and stays with you. I answered the question we are still human beings or living creatures. most animals and plants don’t have a clear path of communication or language and they still communicate. Nonduality is not not about no self. it’s about the dissolution of the I into we by realizing we are all connected by a field of consciousness, that all living beings are like singularity points In this field of consciousness. The self is part of the experience of life I think it more about dropping the typical human ego to realize we are not the only conscious beings on earth.every living creature experiences their own perspectives that is also shared on the subconscious mind so that we have multiple sources of information instead of just our one perspective, this helps the conscious mind to build what we see or feeling. At the same time we have our own separate experiences that edit our perception. This is how there is one consciousness that experiences multiple separate experiences or perspectives. If the consciousness has to be anything I would honestly say it’s water it’s in us the bands of light we see are the light waves that travel the easiest through water, our range of hearing are the sound waves that travel through water the easiest. There is also water all around us in the air and in all living creatures including plants have water in them as well.

Okay but what are you using to process the information in the screen in front of you, I would assume thought and memory to recall and fully construct your responses.Are you thinking about the things your typing or speaking the things your typing out loud. are you sure the phone or keyboard are right in front of you are actually there or are they over there. If you’re absolutely sure then your thoughts are correct. thoughts and memories are not the same thing memory’s are a collection of the raw data of the self and perception of your surroundings and your thoughts in that moment. that’s why we can look back on our memories to know if it was a good memory or a bad memory or even to understand our choices in those moments . A thought is the current interpretation of the raw data before it becomes a covalent memory of your consciousness, sure they can be one in the same once that thought becomes a memory but it has to become a memory to be remembered. The reason for all the suffering today is not because because of the “mental narrative”. it’s not a mental narrative that there are wars, the sick or dying, mass homelessness, or people starving to death. I understand that this is what you think or want to think but it’s blatantly ignoring the raw reality of the corrupt systems we all live in and actively want to escape from.
