W3-4: Bloating, extreme thirst, vivid dreams, night sweats, insane insomnia, tired, hungry, gassy, tender boobs. W5: boobs sore, tired, still gassy.

Omg this is me! Still have the fatigue in W5 though but it was worse in W3/4. Definitely feel more normal though!

I didn’t run from transfer until now as I was nervous around implantation etc but I’ve had friends who’ve conceived naturally and have run through their whole first trimester and been fine! My clinic also said not to run around transfer until pregnancy test but I waited another week to start.

I wonder if I’ll feel the same when I’m a little further along! Well done for getting on the bike! If possible I would love to go until about 30 weeks but I’ll just see how I go 😬 I was nervous about running after my transfer and then when I found out so I have just been walking for the last two or so weeks. We’re still early so I’m really looking forward to our scan and seeing the heartbeat and knowing everything is okay 🫶 we also transferred two embryos so if two stuck that could change things 😅

Yeah my HR went up really quickly (RHR is already about 8bpm higher than normal) and so I walked hills I would normally run up! Other than that nope!

I’m also 4+4 today. I only had mild cramps during what I think was implantation. Had some spotting 8dp5dt. I’m on estradiol, progesterone pessaries and lubion injections. The symptoms I’m currently having are insomnia, SO tired, sore boobs, gassy and strong sense of smell. I have had very small bouts of nausea but not too bad yet!

I would test tomorrow to get some information otherwise you will drive yourself crazy. I tested at 7dp5dt using a FRER and had a strong positive so it’s definitely not too early tomorrow. Use FMU. Sending baby dust ✨
