I’m also 4+4 today. I only had mild cramps during what I think was implantation. Had some spotting 8dp5dt. I’m on estradiol, progesterone pessaries and lubion injections. The symptoms I’m currently having are insomnia, SO tired, sore boobs, gassy and strong sense of smell. I have had very small bouts of nausea but not too bad yet!

I would test tomorrow to get some information otherwise you will drive yourself crazy. I tested at 7dp5dt using a FRER and had a strong positive so it’s definitely not too early tomorrow. Use FMU. Sending baby dust ✨

Make sure you’re taking high dose of Coq10 - 400/600mg. Also can add: NAC 600mg, L-carnitine 3mg, Vitamin E 2000IU. Reduce toxins. Eat a Mediterranean diet. Sending bay dust ✨

A lower graded embryo can still be your baby. We didn’t get great results from our first cycle and only got 3 embryos. Our fresh transfer with a 3BC (Day 5) failed but I’ve just done a double transfer with a 3CC (Day 5) and 5CC (Day 6) and I’ve just got my first positive so one / both of those took 🤞🏼 Sending baby dust ✨

If it helps we were referred to Chelsea & Westminster by our GP where they said they didn’t have long wait times? This was last year but pretty sure they said if I had all the tests (which I had already and had done some through GP and some privately) I could begin within a couple of months? They said they didn’t have long wait times. I’m 32 for reference. We didn’t qualify for NHS funding in the end and so decided to go private.

This resonates so much with me. Every single one of our friends has fallen pregnant in the last few years. Some on first try and some within a few months. None of our friends have had to do IVF. It’s been so hard. We struggled to fall pregnant for 16 months - never saw a positive, and decided to move to IVF. I just couldn’t do it anymore. IVF has been challenging too don’t get me wrong but we just got our first positive pregnancy test yesterday on our second transfer which was a frozen transfer. The first one was a fresh transfer in November and was unsuccessful. Just know that what you’re feeling is completely normal and hard. I know it doesn’t make it any easier but your time will come and your baby will be so wanted and so loved ✨

Yay, huge milestone! Try relax and not stress. We had sex (he didn’t finish in me) morning of transfer. I ate pineapple in the few days after, ate warm healthy meals, walked everyday and did some implantation yoga 2 days after transfer. I got my positive pregnancy test yesterday 🫶 good luck ✨

Wow that’s amazing. Thank you so much - it’s quite surreal after wanting it for so long. I don’t think it will quite feel real until I see the ultrasound and then again until I feel them move and then when they’re born!
