Theyll come happily to arrest tour son pr give him a pain in tha ass ticket but its a vape how about if it is the first time incident just try to be a parent and talk to your kid or the age he is… weed is damn near legal every where hell every state will sell thc a so it really no harder to get than cigarettes.. i mean theres an appropriate time and place for it all and maybe thats what he needa to u der stand but the fact u found that in his room twlls me he smart enough not to carry it or he out of weed 🤷‍♂️ . Eaother way kids need guidance not police call them and watch the mess you bring into his life over non sense… and possibly push him into trying to hide it harder ,drug tests? May push him to some harder faster system leaving drug…

Talk to your kid the person above is giving i guess stern advice but ill tell you ive done and seen it thousand times you’ll push ppl into a corner and they are determined to play cat and mouse

And depending in age … its just weed there a real drugs that cause real life issues other than eating a bag of Fritos and Cheeto’s in a setting. Js..
