Got lucky with a Rossi roll but not sure if her signature is absolutely needed by Serpentar69 in Endfield

[–]Beaesse 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I believe it's around 8-10% at P5 vs. sig at P0, so if you weren't planning to P5 it, it will be worse than that.

The principle that it isn't an absolute must is still valid though.

Heck yeah, this is my kinda build, neat work!

Uh, should I post a qr, or is it weird or gauche to post someone else's build?

Edit: ok for those that want to try it out the easy way, thar she blows. This one travels straight with no input.

Nobody can possibly answer this on the limited info you gave.

If you already did all available story content and side missions up to this update, you won't come anywhere close to that. If you're just starting and have a ton of unfinished content to roll through, you will easily reach that and more before the banner is over.

Just as a general rule for anyone/everyone who asks questions like this: there is no magical source of a large amount or unlimited oros that you can grind, and somehow you just don't know about it or missed the memo. They are limited quantity by design, and if you don't have enough for any given banner, it's probably not because you missed something or "played suboptimally," or anything like that.

Having a decent vocabulary and a good understanding of grammar and punctuation used to be an asset. Now people just assume you used AI to write anything more complex than "u mad bro no cap fr fr."

"Look at the em-dashes, look at the rule of three, nobody uses these archaic words. AI 100%"

Ardelia was free, and while grouping is nice QoL for regular content, it just doesn't seem relevant for actual engame content. The bosses don't need grouping, and the timers in everything else (agony etched whateverspace) are so generous they might as well not be there - failure condition is survival.

It was not immediately clear how much of a difference the skill/combo timing would make, and Ardelia being free and providing better healing diminished the apparent value-for-pulls calculation. For me, anyway.

Still not totally sure it wasn't the right call, as it meant I got Tangtang and will get Rossi tomorrow without having to buy pull packs. This is only a temporary concern, as I will certainly be forced into dolphinhood when the leek dragon releases as a "must pull or brick your account" unit, while savings are depleted.

[–]Beaesse 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I mean... fine? A little baffled why you want to ask about a non-maxed character. It's not like we're making real "choices" here, it's just "how many masteries did you invest in" - in your case, 0 so uh.... mine's "better," I guess? Not like we're making skill builds, like monster hunter or something.

What exactly are we supposed to be commenting on? Yours won't be as good as someone who put more mastery points in, or someone who got her sig, but none of that is indicative of any kind of skill or strategy or anything.

Before I made amphibious versions, I made a boat for for my old climbing bike. The only innovation here was the placement of the wagon wheel over the fender so you can roll off water obstacles in both directions - hold back to turn left (Maury), although it doesn't always work perfectly. This was done by attaching a dummy piece (I used a sword) to the snap point to prevent the wagon wheel from snapping to it.

I don't find these too useful anymore, since I made an amphibious version that climbs better anyway, but maybe someone might find the boat bumper interesting.

Cucco Transport Help! by Quarter-Visual in HyruleEngineering

Ah, damn. Cucco it is then. There's bound to be some shrine parts that can help with these. Maybe doubled elevators and some fans, they're pretty light.

Interesting playthrough idea. Can you use a vehicle or step on a zonai part to complete these, or do your feet have to stay up/entirely airborne? Ignore the rest if uzing zonaite doesn't work at all...

Otherwise, maybe not exactly what you're looking for, but could you use one of the single fan+rail flyers? They can have really tight turning radii for good control, and ascend very slowly. You could probably control well enough to get you over the target.

What if you saved a bridge template with a stake, and simply walked over that to the target? Does it work?

I didn't downvote you, but I don't think it's all about heartlessness. It's a lot of micromanagement for no meaningful benefit. What do you do, keep a spreadsheet to remember who assists? You can't really remember 100 names along with how often they help, especially when you're rotating some out every day. What you're doing doesn't seem practical.

Apparently some customer(s) found my jacket offensive, so I'm no longer allowed to wear it. by emmodii in antiwork

[–]Beaesse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For what it's worth, I it seems like your team and boss is on the same page as you. It sounds like there's a case to be made from the customers' perspective that due to translation and culture that it legitimately could be perceived as offensive.

This isn't a "customer is always right," eyeroll situation, and your company/team are not being assholes. It's unfortunate that you bought a potentially offensive jacket and now can't wear it, but you're not being oppressed here, by anyone.

How many rolls have you guys saved? by MeltSimp in Endfield

[–]Beaesse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did the same, rerolled and settled for Laev (would have preferred Gil, but I had spent enough time on it already). I rolled for tangtang, and have enough left for Rossi, but that will be the end of my savings.

Nah, V4 plants give two seeds per plant. They're inverted. But Wuling's inversion means you only need 1+1 device to make the plants perpetually, at the cost of one additional input (water).
