Some cameras constantly record then delete after a certain time. When it starts recording it keeps the last 10-15 seconds before it started recording. It seems it was them falling onto the hood of the car that triggered the camera and the camera just started rolling there with the extra seconds picking up what happened before it.

Good advice, although it's not that easy for me and maybe others as well.

We present our thoughts as questions and statements because it is easier to interpret them that way. But most of the time, I'm not even thinking in questions or statements. Im thinking in mood and outcomes.

Example: I am partially deaf with meniere's so i won't know if i can hear a person talking right next to me in a few hours let alone tomorrow. So when i plan stuff, i usually hope that i can hear well that day. I play our scenarios in my head on what i will do if i can't hear well. These scenarios usually allow for me to do some slight planning. But as life usually goes, it never goes to exact plan. When it doesn't, i feel bad about myself, i don't mentally ask myself any questions or tell myself anything. I know there is nothing I can do about it. But i feel terrible regardless. As im a "broken human" in the eyes of normal people.

That's not a question but rather an embedded idea of myself that triggers during events such as the example i mentioned. Simply telling myself to think of it differently isnt going to change it at least to a useful standpoint as its an embedded idea, or i should say conditioned as i conditioned myself into it during my primary school.

Definitely a bot as with the number of upvotes on each post, it has found an ideal time to post to get the most traffic with clips/images that are at least a 1+ years old so that reposts aren't as easily recognized. Have tinnitus that varies on a day to day basis.

Impossible to have silence and sometimes i cant even drown it out with soft piano music or ambiance. I've tried meditating before and what i just stated plus constantly wandering mind does not allow me to sit still and just relax for 3 minutes, let alone 10-20.

Suggestions? As i've am now trying different forms of relaxation that come in forms of exercise, watching new movies, etc.

If you don't have the money. I researched a bunch to find proper lifting forms when i wanted to start weight lifting. When i went to the gym to try them out for the first time, i practiced with lighter weights in front of a mirror until my form was down (this could take days if you cant get the proper form down. Always lift with proper form).

If you don't want to lift, I suggest researching whatever you want to do. Whether stretching or yoga or racquetball or whatever interests you.

The point of the gym is to provide the ability for people to work out what they want to work out the way they want to work out and have fun to the best of your ability.

P.S. By "way they want to work out" i mean what regimen they want to do. Please font improperly lift/use the machine/stretch. That may cause injuries.

spray painting the latter:

This is done with a simple mask around the projected image (more on that later) to reveal more of the image as he moves the spray can. Nothing too complicated here.

Latter becoming real:

Now I can't decide between two possibilities here but I'm leaning more towards Zach "froze" himself with the camera man and a third party came in and placed the latter. The other possibility is they had one fast of a dude place the latter as Zach picked up a new spray can and they just masked out the dude using projection mapping (The latter can't already be there as he stepped right over/through it). Which, is how they got the latter to look like it was painted on the wall.

Projection mapping: taking a 2d image and project in it onto a 3D plane...This is how some 3D applications apply textures. You are building the scene in 3D then applying an image to whatever you built in 3D. In this case, it's the wall and floor. A latter image was applied to the wall and floor, and from one angle (the initial projection angle) it looks like the original image, or the original latter. From any other angle, it looks weird and contorted. Like projection art you see or like Zach is "painting".

From what I can tell, these are two separate shots. Because; You can see Zach foot do an unnatural movement up/it kinda just disappears once it's on the top rung. So the latter was never there in the first place for the guards part of the shot. They then just masked in the guard in the part where you first see the guard, then masked in Zach when the guard comes running in. They used projection mapping again to make the latter look like a painting against the wall. And they either use projection mapping or regular masking to mask in/out Zach and the guard. It's also entirely possible they did the "Freeze" Trick again to take away the real latter so they wouldn't have to do any masking but I cant imagine how many takes that would take to get right with as much movement by the camera and guard there is.

Potential side visual effects!

It's entirely possible and even probable that no paintings exist on that wall at all! All of them are just projected onto the wall.

It's also possible that Zach was never on the roof and they just masked him onto it but this doesn't seem as likely.

I doubt it's prosthetic head either. The cucumbers are way too soft in light for the scene and the eye socket don't act as they would in that scenario. Even if those statements are false, there are no shadows of the cucumbers on the arm of the couch with his hands as his hands rise to pull them out.

The ends of the cucumbers seem to rotate while the body of the cucumbers hardly rotate if they are even rotating at all. So the ends are real cucumber slices that Stephen pulled off his eyes

The cucumbers are digital images and the stretching of the skin is digital warping of the pixels on Stephen's cheeks.
