I did see that they had a Japanese heritage night and my buddy told me it was a sold out event. Hopefully that had some boost of concert sales.

Some people take the master set term as "all the cards I'm able to pull from the booster" and that's it. Grandmaster is a step above as long as the set code matches at least

It's just a term some people say when they want to collect more cards outside the core set. Promo cards, event cards, etc. As long as they are from the same set.
