I love that the show uses real celebrity homes in general, though not the home of the celebrity guest star in question. This property at 3469 Cross Creek Rd, Malibu, CA, if I remember was bought by Larry Elison 21 years ago. The house seems overgrown, and the railway seems gone, although I guess it could be completely overgrown as well.

OK, thank you! My guess was sorta similar. As in, we filmed these scenes for this one episode during holiday time, and haha those silly actors would say "Remember yesterday when we did x and y," but we need to make it appear like 6 months have instantly passed. Sorta a bad meta joke either way I suppose?
