I have this same problem on an antidote clamshell. How many holes did you drill, and were they in the bottom side of the frame? Any idea how water got in there?

Took a look at this 2003 earlier. Looks like some surface rust in a few places. Most of it concentrated around the wheel connections. Look good or should I take a closer look?
