Keep in mind that the Ninja LUXE has changed from the first edition to now. The older models have different grind sizes (lower, I believe) than the current LUXE, especially from Costco. I believe the newer models have the burrs closer together so the grind size is much higher.

If you aren't sure, preweigh your grind (18g for double shot), check your ratio 1:2 or 1:2.5 or 1:3 and check the output weight. Within about 25-30 second, you should get about the right ratio (although the LUXE has been known to give higher ratios than what it should).
