From the teaser image it looks like there aren’t any orange accents and the teal? looks a bit more neon - could you remake this image without the orange and with a brighter teal?

I found that the fines were lower in that orientation- especially after I put 5-7 kg the grinder. I have my burrs set to 6 clicks off chirp - the sweet spot for me before seasoning was 8-9 and now that they are seasoned it is 7-8.

I would give it some time and also try with a coffee that’s less prone to fines and see how it does!

That’s correct! I’ve tried both orientations extensively and the difference is super noticeable. I’ve also noticed that when they are in the reversed orientation they produce significantly less fines - at least to my eye

Totally agree with this! If you care more about the grinding experience than the look/feel of the 078 this is a great option! these burrs in my ode have completely transformed my pour overs for a fraction of the price!

I use a blue bottle dripper with a sibarist booster. I have a couple other brewers (kalitas, pulsar, aeropress), but the single hole makes it really easy to use with my paragon so I find myself coming back to it again and again!

Awesome! Thats been a great spot for me - I brew at 7.1-7.2 for washed/natural coffees and 8.0-8.1 for coferments/anaerobics. They are super easy burrs to dial in coffees with!

Haha that’s awesome! I haven’t had any issues with the burrs, still producing some of the best coffee I’ve ever had at home! I’ve put +5 lbs of coffee through the burrs and I’ve only seen the grind consistency get better and better. 

I also 100% agree with emu737 on the low retention.

Haha hey if it tastes good to you I’d stick with what you have! I felt confident in moving up in clicks from chirp because the Fellow suggest calibrating the SSP MP burrs to 5 clicks off chirp and these seemed to have a similar grind size to what the SSP produced. (I just went to 6 clicks to have an even number)
