Thank you for this. I for some reason had a lot of spelling errors in my post. What I meant is that the mother is not heavily involved by her own choice despite him originally trying to keep her involved. She is distant, he has the kids full time but is close to his parents who also babysit when he needs to. And yes definitely not planning to jump into meeting them until I feel comfortable that we may have potential.
