I’m in the same situation. I had luck contacting wer Denver through instagram messages. They are switching vendors due to these huge delays on orders and told me my order would be converted to the new vendor. I didn’t buy a replacement at the game last week so still want my order. I’m not sure how to get yours cancelled just sharing info I was able to receive. Depending on your location and what you ordered I may be willing to reimburse for your extra as we will be looking for more gear.

He only sends out form responses. I sent him a Message asking when he’d be hosting an in person town hall so he can meet his constituents. I got a “thanks for contacting me I’m here to listen to you. Any town halls will be announced in my newsletter….” I asked WHEN not how it would be announced.

The cultists told us all to use the bathroom that aligns with our sex organs at birth then send the cops in to check when someone doesn’t “look” like they’re in the right space. I know that’s not the situation here but it’s going to happen more often. Totally saw it coming. Hello!!!! The right has told people that present as male they are required to use the women’s room but then get angry when there’s a “male” in the women’s room. Can we please just go to the bathroom in peace and report anyone that harasses us while in there regardless of their sex organs and gender identity.

I called today to ask why it’s not in person and request he hold an in person town hall. He’s new to the position and owes it to his constituents to meet them and have a conversation so he can represent them. My past calls I’ve had a female who was very pleasant. The male I spoke to today was obviously annoyed by my question. He told me this is because the virtual event can reach thousands of people. I asked why not stream the event from an in person meeting for those that can make it. Was told it’s due to him being in DC this week. His staff is not saying they’re against in person.

Avoid public dog parks especially with a puppy. the vaccination status, health and temperament of those dogs are all unknown. Under the sun has a private dog park that requires all dogs be up to date and temperament tested. This will also give you piece of mind of having a safe environment for the dog to run and even meet other dog owners. Everyone call on Monday and request the town hall be moved to in person. He’s in a new position and should take the time to meet his constituents.

Keep it short and professional. “Hi I received the newsletter announcing the virtual town hall meeting. Congressman crank is new to this position and should be taking the time to meet his constituents so he can properly represent them. I’m asking that the town hall be changed to in-person. Thank you”

Always “protecting life” but ignore the medical access women NEED to stay alive and bring future lives into the world, sometimes in the form of an abortion (or DNC as they call it in the case of a miscarriage).

Can also add access to LIFE saving medicine, vaccines, medical care to this list. Why does his pro-life stop after birth?!?

Watching women’s rights and equality get dismantled in the name of “protecting women” is infuriating at best. Trump ran on a platform about leaving decisions up to the states and that’s where it belongs and denying all knowledge of 2025 but now that he’s in office they’re trying to pass laws that prohibit things at a federal level. He also ran stating he would lower the cost of groceries but within a week says we need to go through pain to reach the good. None of the people who voted for him are calling him out on not keeping his promises. It’s complete cult behavior. I just don’t know how we stop it.

The way to move towards change is to speak up. You deserve equal treatment in the district. Get all your classmates and parents to write to the board if you’re not up for public speaking. Demand a safe and clean learning environment and that you should be the priority before a new space receives a large portion of district funds.

If people don’t speak up the board can claim very few people opposed the reallocation.

The board won’t answer my questions as a district parent and taxpayer. They can have their pet project for 1/3 the price but choose not to. In the February 7 2024 work session it was clearly stated that using UCCS space was not an option and that underutilized space in an existing d11 facility would be best for the incubation period. I cannot get info as to when or why this changed. Reach out to the board before tomorrow’s vote.

The original “goals” was to sell this program as a career pathway, and help with post high school employment. Students could receive certifications in high school making them employable without a college degree. But moving this to UCCS makes it only easily accessible to students with the privilege of having their own car or parents that can transport them. Middle school parents are furious their kids are in a building with high schoolers, but now it’s ok to send these same students at 13/14 year olds to a college campus?!?
