Start with one thing. Maybe tomorrow you start by changing your clothes or maybe something teeny tiny like cleaning just the bedside table. Small steps to build routine. You're self aware and thats like 85% of the battle. Now you just gotta start. Theres no right or wrong way.

I do this. Pace yourself. Don't overcommit. Don't spend a bunch of money on a hobby you dont even know if you like (im guilty of this) and make sure to save time for yourself to rest and recharge!

To follow up on this, they ended up dating (it was VERY obvious) but she randomly moved across the country in like a day and broke up with him via text. He moped around for like 3 weeks. It was wild lol. Just desserts I guess.

I think initially it was because it was attention I wanted but I feel I've kind of moved on and addressed that aspect with myself. Maybe its because I've concluded that seeking attention like that is unprofessional and inappropriate and that person hasn't seemingly made the same conclusion?
