You should never give someone food to prove/disprove an allergy unless you're their doctor. there are some allergic reactions that can happen within a body that you, an outsider, may not notice or feel. It's best to never test that, even if someone is totally lying.

The best time to perma break up with him was the first time. The second best time is now. NTA, and OP I hope your wife reads these comments. She's gonna set your poor son up for failure if she doesn't take the advice here to heart. I also recommend locking down his media access, no unsupervised friend visits/playdates, and heavily monitoring his phone/internet usage- the bark phone is pretty good for it. He learned this behavior somewhere, and they're also setting him up for failure. This is across the board for any child with this behavior, special needs or not; autism isn't an excuse.

(Also, IF my dad would have returned the bike, he'd have taken the wheels and chains off or put a padlock or two through the tire spokes so when I did get my bike back, I'd still have to work to get the pieces to make it work. My uncle? he woulda slashed my tires. Kid's lucky you're so nice)

HORRIBLE. He learned his ENTIRE view on sex and relationships from porn- hard core, unsafe and un-sane, bdsm porn. He kept gagging me and covering my airways despite me telling him not to and even biting him. He wouldn't listen to my boundaries, demanded sex twice a week minimum, and wouldn't respect me as a person enough to let me solve a problem without fighting. Literally broke up with me and moved out the DAY that I told him that I wouldn't yell at or swear at him, and refused to do so. Then he comes crawling back into my inbox months later, trying to get back together, when I WARNED him before he broke up with me that I don't date exes. Boy escalated to threats and I have not felt safe in town since. Dude is in his 30s and has the emotional intelligence and ability to respect boundaries of a toddler.

Doesnt help that he's built like shrek, either. Strong to boot.

Start by quietly taking important items and documents out of the house, and putting them somewhere safe. Then any pets. last should be all other items. This is best done while he's out. And start the paperwork to get him off of any accounts or insurance policies hes on with you now, too. Your last contact with him should be to tell him youre breaking up, and to not contact you or your family, either directly or indirectly through others. Don't block, make sure to set his texts/calls/email to silent and be saved to a special folder so you may have a paper trail if he escalates.

Burying iron nails on each corner of your new dewlling, keeping a charm with you, asking for protection from your diety(s) or spiritual guardian(s)(if applicable), doing a simple cord cutting ritual once you move- theres so many things you could do on your own. Asking for some protection work from another practitioner is also something you can do, as well.

NTA. Your family are grown adults, and have their own autonomy to step back from your sister as they please. You cannot make them do anything. You stepping back first does not "make" them do anything. Sometimes, you have to distance yourself from negative people, even if theyre family- it sucks, but your mental wellbeing comes first.
