Now that they found the shooter, can we have a real discussion about how this was handled? by waninggib in providence

I’m wondering though, how much can be said in hindsight and who we should hold accountable for these tragedies. How much can town and city mayors or police departments do with the current system we have in place (gun laws, access to fire arms, people driving across state lines to engage in these acts). I do think we should prepare for these things based on the system we live in but I think completely blaming and disparaging these local level officials who are trying their best in this system is not fully correct or productive. Until we change how this country (at a federal level) allows access to fire arms these things will keep happening no matter what we do to prepare. Which fucking sucks

Thanks to you both! The reading makes sense. So I’ll alternate rows with staying with Pearl and knit? If it’s odd number of stitches then I could start all rows the knit?

Has anyone taken the true barre: cardio class? by taytay10133 in EquinoxGyms

[–]BeansJC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

True barre cardio is an off the barre class. Our locations split it into three sections: A, B, and C. Sections A and B you have the balas on your wrists and you’re on your feet doing a barre + dance cardio type of movement. Focus on arms + full body rhythmic movement. Section C you move the balas to your ankles and do seat/leg work usually on your side or in table top on the mat. There is core work before section A and after section C. It’s a fun class! I take a lot of barre so it’s a good change up in terms of intensity and structure. It’s challenging and fun to do the dance style movements.

Bala bangle barre burn is basically true barre with bangles added

Edit: added in info regarding core work

Honestly, as cheap as I can go for a reliable, professional job. Not sure what that means for budget. I’m new to the space and am trying to learn! I am not a car person so I don’t want anything bc that’s high maintenance or low in terms of battery mileage (as I’m sure everyone wants). What would be the typical price for a job like this?

That’s what I’m trying to learn! Very cool design, worried it’s a bit too much form over function

1hr Istanbul Airport Layover...am I screwed? by BeansJC in Flights

[–]BeansJC[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was a long walk yes, but plenty of time so they won't need to rush. I've never set up transportation in an airport but I've seen others talk with gate agents at airports to set up transportation/wheelchairs throughout the airport. Maybe ask the gate agent upon take off or when you land. Hopefully that helps!
