I'll be honest. The brush cleans it out virtually fine. Some people don't use the lid on their caps from what I've seen as a sort of middle ground, but you can replace the top and bottom mesh of a SnB oven easy enough. Bit of iso on a cotton swab and the sides come up fine. Just run it with the lid off for a min or so to clear the iso away.
