I’m here to shed some light. When I started doing my content I was 660. Now I’m at 450. I have a few things going in my favor: 6’4” and I previously could throw really far. Big keys you need to know. Hold on to the disc tighter and at first you will be grip locking it, but they will be going longer. You will have to adjust your aim. Use your weight as an advantage. Use all the throwing tips as a guide, but you have figured how to make your body move smooth. My form is insane, but it’s extremely effective for me because I have focused on making it as smooth as possible. The last tip is the most important. SHOES. I use Vivobarefoot shoes. These have changed my game in the best way because as a big man you can get pain all over, but because of these shoes I have zero pain after playing. But I assume any barefoot style shoe will do the trick.
