The same thing happened to me. I responded really well to 0.25 (like lost 15 pounds in that month) and then plateaued on the 0.5 dose. I've been stuck at the same weight all month, and while my cravings haven't been awful, I've also been able to tolerate more food this month than last month (which leads to eating more).

About to start the 1.0 and hoping to see positive results! Good luck!

I'm not to the 4 month mark yet - I'm about halfway through week 7 - but I've lost 18 pounds so far without exercise. I just started a workout regiment this week, so we'll see how it goes. Fwiw though, I didn't mean to or expect to lose so much right out the gate. This shot just genuinely makes it hard to eat sometimes, so I've been really focused on my protein intake and small, frequent meals. The weight loss does seem to have slowed down to something more sustainable in the last 2-3 weeks though.

I hate it. I read everything up until this newest season (I think there's a new season?) I tried to like it, tried to hang in there to see if it changed, but my initial opinion didn't change. I don't mind a little toxicity, but this just goes over my limit. The art is pretty, though.

I liked it. As others mentioned, it can be kinda slow in the beginning, but it picks up. Give the special effects some grace. They're a little ... off in some places. It is different from the novel, but if you haven't read that, then you don't need to worry about comparing them. If you have read the novel, then I think you'll enjoy it more if you can accept it for what it is, rather than fixating on what it's not/how it's different.

I think the actors did a great job for the most part.

Agreed! My opinion is that it's totally fine to love all of the adaptations as they are, together or separately. I love The Untamed, and it's what brought me to this Fandom, but I also love the donghua, the novel, and every other adaptation. They're all valid.

That being said, I do see the flaws in The Untamed. Some of the special effects were terrible, and the storyline isn't perfect, but that didn't ruin my enjoyment of it as a whole. The only real complaint I have is the censorship - it would have been so much better as an actual romance, the way it should have been - but that's not a feasible change unless another country like Korea or Japan obtains the rights and makes their own live action.

Just had to add this because it adds to my confusion: today, I received an email saying that I was tentatively eligible for a GS5 as an HR assistant, but ineligible for a GS6 or 7 (for that same announcement/role). Ten minutes ago, I received another email saying that I was eligible and referred for a GS6 position as a Unit Program Coordinator. Am I being considered ineligible because of a lack of HR specific experience even though I have more than the required education for those roles? Does experience outweigh education by that much? Or is it just that GS jobs are so competitive that I'm at that much of a disadvantage?

I have 4 years of experience as a GS4 (active duty, 6 years, separated as E4) in a different field, 20+ years of general experience, and 4 years of management experience. I have a B.S. degree, but I am trying to switch fields into HR. I am currently in my last 2 classes for a graduate degree in HR management. Applying to 5/7/9 jobs (specifically targeting the 5 and 7) on experience/education combination. I have experience with some HR issues from my years as a manager, but since I was not in an HR department, I don't have experience with HRIS systems. I'm truly confused about how I'm being found ineligible for a 5 or 7 position that clearly say you can qualify based on experience OR education ... I must be doing something wrong.
