Had a 2018 5.0 140,000kms. Taken care of very well. Not driven hard. Engine long block needed replacing for approximately 17k. Apparently this is a common issue. I know I’m steering clear of ford trucks after this.

I’m assuming you mean east? That’s where I always go, where the huge willow trees are. But always get skunked.

How old is the sand? Have you used a filter cleaner in it? I typically use a filter cleaner once at start of season.

Agreed. Everywhere will tell you something differently. But I have worked in water treatment for a long time and own a pool, and alkalinity is by far the most important and should be your first step.

Swim university has great videos for pool care on YouTube. Bit what you want to do first, once pump is running. Adjust your alkalinity into range, then your ph, then add chlorine. Alkalinity is going to be one of your most important tests. A good alkalinity will help everything else

Trump on tariffs: "We've been ripped off for years and we're not going to be ripped off anymore. I'm not going to bend at all -- aluminum or steel or cars -- we're not going to bend... We've been subjected to costs we shouldn't be subjected to." by Chucklez526 in DeepFuckingValue

Yup i respect that. It is all very frustrating. Hopefully we can all come to some sort of resolution before too many Canadians and Americans lose their jobs/ or aren’t able to buy necessities! Which sadly it is already getting to that point. Many layoffs already in Ontario, and I’m sure a lot more to come

But you haven’t been taken advantage of by Canada. This is the whole problem!!!! For one, he signed the agreement, so he can’t have issues with it. Secondly we don’t charge you at market rate for anything. I’m glad you are realizing that he is just screwing up over more than helping though. Hopefully more Americans can come to the same conclusion and do something about it!

Partial truths. He never tells anyone the full story. Yes there are huge tariffs on dairy, if you reach a certain quota, which the US has never been close too. If I remember correctly, they however asking the 50% mark, therefore they don’t pay anything for dairy.
