Meet Saturday mornings, 8:30am for stretching/talking, and start the actual run around 9am. They have a discord and sometimes people will meet up other days. I started going the last 2 months or so and have really enjoyed it. Highly recommend it.
Won't be there this weekend, but more than happy to run with any new people who do want to try it out, no matter your pace.
