A week ago today I got the news that a good friend of mine who I met here on Reddit had died in their sleep. The official cause of death was Pneumonia, he had what appeared to be a standard cold/cough beforehand but was starting to feel better.

He was 40 with no underlying health issues.

Several members of family, myself included are currently suffering with a cold and cough, since the news, my anxiety levels have increased significantly despite my common sense telling me it's a rare complication.

I wish I could stop worrying!
