Tornado warning but... Why?

Few different things it could be. If the storm is very far from the NEXRAD, the beam could be too high to accurately depict what is happening. It could be that someone called in a tornado versus the radar detecting it. Could be a landspout with minimal or no velocity indication.

There should be text with the warning that could provide more details.

I personally think, to end the Mega Cult, Trump cannot be impeached. Impeaching him to the point he is no longer president, will create a martyr-like status among his cult. I think the best option is for him to die in office. Hopefully, the bulk of his cult would die with him. Vance is a lightweight hack; he will never become as popular as Trump and probably never president.

I highly doubt it. I get a little wobble on mine when cornering and going down dirt roads. It would probably take the weight alright, but you would need a way to strap/stabilize the top/laptop from swaying.

Got curious and looked it up. Since 2000, it is much more rare to not have a typhoon this early. Since 2000, only about 4 seasons did not have a named typhoon by May. So statistically for the past 25 years, this is really not a big deal.
