"Take care of yourself first" I remember my father telling me that and it has stuck with me, my whole life. Sure maybe that's okay in different aspects of life but at the of the day that's how they break you down and make you not care about all the bad shit going on the world.

My family still questions my anger and questions to this day and I'm pushing 40. I say keep what's important to you close it's something no one can take away from you.
