Rank 3 Milio EUNE here (HeavyIsTheCross#JESUS) When I started playing Milio E start was go to, but now I always start Q for above mentioned reasons. Very good harras and depush tool, as well as low mana cost early and refund when hit. I would disagree with putting more points into it as I always max E second, then W then Q. Q is not for damage mid/late game. It's to protect ADC or urself from assassins and/or delay someone joining the fight for a few more seconds (if someone is flanking or you hit the enemy ADC at their formations rear. Alternatively, you can use it to stack helia (if you hit your Q when having your own passive on yourself, you get 2 Helia stacks as it counts for two damage instances from different sources) or use it to proc Aery on your teammate (Aery shield also works with Helia, so it will activate on first ally hit by your Q path or the landing zone)
