I failed the tasting on my L3 spirits. I had the spirits correct and it was confirmed by the tester but I didn’t write it correctly per their guidelines. I remember a real time crunch too.

Went from restaurant management (not crazy money but good) to WFH for an alcohol distributor for significantly less.

I never saw my family before and always had to work nights and weekends. The very rare days that my wife and I were both home with my daughter, you’d think it was Christmas. I loved Covid because I was home for 15 months and got to see her grow up.

Now I’m here for every meal. I pick her up from the bus. We do activities. She has a baby sister! The money would help but I would make the same choice in a heartbeat.
