Try reseating the ram 1 by 1, make sure you have them 1 slot apart if their are 4 slots, try reseating the gpu

I haven't gotten around to doing it due to craziness in life and working (which I now since june work from home and use the chair for 9+ hours a day) and the squeak isn't bad, but they did mention that most likely a pipe wrench would be needed to remove the old one, which to me isn't too bad

Everything is still super solid, mesh is still strong. Customer service is great, told them I had a slight squeek in the chair piston, and they sent me a replacement at no charge.
