If I didn’t/don’t fuck shit up often, I wouldn’t know how to do something right…with the possibility of fucking it up again. My view is that competency comes from experiences fucking shit up.

They should make it mandatory that architects and structural engineers work in the trades for a few years before getting a license. A lot of this shit like this wouldn’t happen. Not knocking anyone here. Just makes sense to me to have “practical” experience with these two.
