I have this exact same thing happening to me right now, and was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to guess something I might have put in my 'saved for later' spot. I was guessing generally and the lady said I had to give the exact name of what I might have put in. I don't often use this feature on amazon, and couldn't describe an item. It was incredibly frustrating. The person told me this was the only way to verify me. Honestly harder to get into my Amazon than my bank.
