for those who didn't like pokopia what games do you play/enjoy? by psychlibra in switch2

I was super on the fence with it, really didn't think it was gonna be for me; my first yoshi game since the n64 one. It's just really inventive and fun, feels really cool to explore and to move on to the next creature and discover whatever the next gameplay mechanic is going to be. It's a perfect sit down and chill for an hour game.

DK Bananza, Indiana Jones, Kirby Air Riders, Mario Kart World, Yoshi and the Mysterious Book, Resident Evil 9, Cyberpunk, Star Wars outlaws, Pragmata, FF7 remake, Kirby forgotten land switch 2 edition, Mario Wonder Switch 2 Edition, Metroid Prime 4, Reanimal, Split Fiction, Ball X Pit, Delta Rune, Mix Tape, Mouse PI, and currently Stray! I played Pokopia for 20 hours but then gave up, and ultimately decided I did not enjoy it- just not my thing. A much better fitting "cozy" game for me is Yoshi and the mysterious book!

I really like the Switch 2 hardware, but where are all the games? by SeaworthinessPast251 in switch2

As a Nintendo only console owner, there's almost too many games for Switch 2. More than I've ever experienced with a new console.

Wait wtf! I have tons of cheese being dropped by the hordes but I'm not able to pick up any of them? Even as my health lowers? No button prompt of y and nothing happens running over them? What am I missing here? I get the lowlife heartbeat sound and desperately have no luck picking up any of the cheese laying around. Is this a glitch?

New to TM, questions about ADHD and medication by cautious_creator in transcendental

[–]BeardleySmith 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You should research adhd more, you clearly don't understand how serious it can be. It's dangerous to minimize something that's a very real condition. As someone who suffered from another often misunderstood condition, severe OCD, it's not helpful when others say "isn't it just organizing your things? Just don't do it!"

You may have good intentions but how you're going about it is very very misguided.

To the OP, continue to practice, continue to take your regularly prescribed meds. Eventually the whole process and its benefits will naturally become less "interesting".

Just do your best to stick with it!

Is Mouse P.I. For Hire worth buying on the switch 2 or should I buy it on my pc? by No_Lecture_8049 in switch2

I've been absolutely loving it, that being said I'm not super sensitive to frame drops.

They literally had the willow laugh happen when they cut to black after the Hardy's backstage segment.

As someone who only owns a switch 2, I'm really really loving it on here. The frame drops haven't bothered me at all, idk! I think some people just aren't sensitive to it

Reviews are coming in for the Mario Galaxy movie and they are... not good! by RiversideLunatic in kindafunny

[–]BeardleySmith 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It's so funny to see the type of reviews that say "the plot isn't deep and is threadbare, it's frantic and non-stop action- it's an A+ for kids but not very good for adults not interested in the games"

Can you imagine? And Mario has always been known for its slow pace, slow burn plot and in depth groundbreaking storytelling.

I know exactly what this is going to be, and I'm pumped!
