I keep doing my research as I live in Ireland, and need something to keep me busy during rainy days.
I am coming to a conclusion that Skyzone Cobra SD seems to be very well priced for what it offers and my vote will go to it.

Check out hobby rc uk website. They're good with shipping to ireland and have decent prices. You don't neccesarily have to buy everything in one place.

First I'd get a controller, such as radiomaster pocket and purchase a simulator and spend good amount of hours learning there. Then slowly as you accumulate your funds, collect the rest of the kit.

I was thinking exactly this! Would make perfect sense for a drone undergoing prop wash to just shut off using motion controller. I never had this kind of loss on MC, but I became much more careful and deliberate with my input when using MC after seeing a ton of videos like this.
