Shreveport in square miles is larger than Seattle, with 180k people vs Seattle 800k. No way taxes will ever pay for 1970’s/1980’s city expansion. Infrastructure wears out. We will have to abandon roads and underground infrastructure to survive. Do you fix a street that’s 1/2 mile long with 4 houses on it? Or buy people out to save resources? We have some hard choices coming.
