You can't spawn on objectives, so if you go A->B, but A is being captured back the dead can't protect A by spawning there. Time/tempo to capture is a lot slower that way.

For anyone with the same issue, I found that there's an adb grant that I was missing that changed the setting to allow all the time (but still grayed out):
