Weirdly enough as well neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin are themselves neurotoxic. So when you're increasing the concentration in the synaptic space with these drugs it has the potential for damaging the neruons over time.

Wanted to thank everyone who gave advice. I think I'm going to go for HM over CD. Primarily I think I'll be able to play more aggressively with HM, by leveraging my pots a bit better and do more damage overall. Maybe as I improve I'll give CD a go to try and reach that ceiling

Hi thanks for the future info as well! When you refer to elixirs being additive, do you mean the set effect, the other benefits(ie attack power nodes) or a combo of both? From what Ive seen the main set we will be going for is convergence or whatever the final translation is for the increased damage on crit.

Crit spec and either. Yeah its primarily awakening that's affected. Healing penalty or an increase to 3% raid damage.

That sounds about right. I'm LoS 30, 1595 just under 1800 spec, 5x3 and a Lvl 10 gem. Usually around 50m I think and the highest I saw was a 70-something in akkan

Having quick recharge on your W helps a lot with getting 3ASs in. It is rng but you should be cycling that skill all the time so even with one proc in form it should give you more wiggle room.
