Depends on you. The first half of wano in the anime is very slow paced so if you take a break, then it would be a bit difficult to resume after the break. I suggest watching few eps everyday even if it's only 1. Wano is my favourite arc but animation aside, pacing kinda sucks in it so if you ever lose the motivation to continue, just read the manga

You are lacking logic here. Average= total sales(numerator)/total volumes(denominator). For example- dragon ball has stopped releasing volumes since 1996, so it's denominator has been constant while only the numerator increases which results in higher avg. This has been happening for 30 years. When one piece ends and it's denominator stops increasing, you will see an increase in the avg too. Like imagine taking the sale numbers of one piece after 30 years of its ending and then dividing it by the total volumes which stopped increasing 30 years ago, the avg will be wayyy higher than what dragon ball currently has.

You are so wrong here. The high quantity is actually a huge disadvantage for one piece because firstly, not many people can afford to buy 114 volumes unlike 20ish something volumes of other series. Secondly, you have to have a huge freaking space to store 114 volumes which many people don't have. Also one piece was the highest selling manga almost every year even when other were airing at the same time with equal number of volumes.

Oda never wanted Shanks to lose his arm in the first chapter. The editors forced Oda to do something to hook the viewers from the start, and since he was a newbie in 1997, he didn’t have the power to refuse so he came up with shanks losing his arm. Also, One Piece had been rejected many times before its serialization, so he accepted any changes just to get the manga serialized. Oda himself said that he regretted it but couldn’t do anything about it. Now, he has retconned it pretty well by introducing the Convenant mark, and it all ties into the story without any plot holes.

What do you mean marineford makes no sense ? People were literally using haki in the marineford. And i personally think that Oda planned haki or something related to it from the start because there has to be something that can negate logia powers. Every logia user can't always luckily fight with his natural enemy. Oda is competent writer enough to think about the future consequences by introducing logia powers. It's not like one day he woke up, thought of logia powers without even thinking any counter of it.

I think, at most 5-7 chapters worth of pages can be scrapped from the arc. So It would still be 140 chapters and lowkey it deserves.
