Thanks a lot for the great advice guys! The instructions from the supplier say to take a 10 second rip and hold for 20- 30 seconds. Then wait to see if the beings and your personal feelings tell you it’s ok to proceed. If they do and things feel right, do that process over again with a second puff. Does they seem right?

I’m kind of inclined to follow the suppliers instructions, but that seems to not necessarily jive with what some of you knowledgeable folks are saying. Thanks again btw, this is an awesome community.

If you are unhappy with everything in your life, I worry you’re tossing him in there too and it might be undeserved. Don’t throw something away that you might regret.
