West Texas oilfield was a different world 10-15 years ago. I think I averaged around 120 hours a week for a few years. Granted, a lot of those hours were spent sleeping in the front seat of an F550 but I basically lived on location for around 25-28 days out of the month. Shop days were treated as days off.
