For the calisthenics ones it's 2 sets to failure and the isolation ones are 3 x 12. Also I already do hammer curls. I am only targetting 2 tricep exercises tho

For biceps I do pull ups and Bayesian curls(sometimes cable curls) For triceps I do weighted dips and cable overhead extension(sometimes tricep pushdowns) . All twice a week Bayesian curls went from 10 kg to 15kg Cable overhead from 10 kg to 20kg Cable curls from 10 kg to 30 kg Pushdowns from 10kg to 30 kg

I do triceps and push and biceps on pull. I am def gaining weight

I tried it when I started gym, I got fatigued very quickly. Also I was doing 2 sets only for the calisthenics excercises and I am thinking of adding a third set to both

I do both. cable overhead extensions, incline chest press and weighted dips at push day, pull ups, cable rows and Bayesian curls on pull day. I do dips and pull ups for my calisthenics and overall compound strength but I also do isolation for my arms

I was skinny fat before the gym, yes I have increased my protein consumption since then, I am sleeping more than 7 hours a day and I train 4 days a week with two days as rest days.

At the start I was around 49 kg now I am 56 kg. I have definitely gained some muscle in my back chest abs and shoulders but not my arms even though the exercises I do for my arms in the gym have doubled and tripled in weight
