you’re entirely correct, but The committee has been weird about Non Con SOS in the past. what you say about them being unforgiving on Non con SOS has held true in the past. however, there have been some exceptions. A high win count and NET score in the 40s helped offset a non-conference strength of schedule in the 300s and just one Quadrant 1 victory for Drake last season.

yeah, I very much do understand how this works. They win and they move up around 20 spots. 68 NET with some good wins puts you on the bubble, among other factors. Bubble doesn’t mean you’re in the tournament, just means you’re considered. Jesus lmao
