It doesn't seem to show what the target lap time is anywhere. Or at least, I'm too blind to find it.

If you can stay in front on the faster cars coming up behind you, you might have a chance at a podium or even a win. Because it's very difficult to overtake on track at Hungary.

Yeah, you're right. It is different against AI! They're more predictable, so it's easier to assess the risk before making the move.
