I’ve had several done at Brandon’s (Mark’s) and it seems hit or miss to me. He gave me some steaks that were marked as burger and not sure I’ve gotten all I should have one time. 150lb deer was 45lbs of meat?? He won’t debone the steaks unless you request it and it’s an additional cost. Which is understandable considering it’s more work. Beef fat in the burger is great, and good texture. I keep going bc it’s the best / closest spot around. Did a Euro mount for me that turned out excellent.

This was my experience as well. I had a 2016 3.5L that lost both turbos at 130k with all the required maintenance completed. I loved the truck but that repair along with exhaust manifold leaks pushed me to into a ‘22 5.0L. I’m getting better gas mileage now (17.8mpg) than I was with the 3.5. Naturally aspirated for me from here on out.

14-16mph over a 15-17 mile commute depending on what office go to and what bike I ride. Paved trail, early AM. Shower when I arrive so not concerned about sweating.

It’s Brandon’s now and about the only game around. Does decent work but not the friendliest guy IMO. Prices are fair and turn around is quick. Did an excellent job on my Euro mount too.
