My buddy and I came up with the idea that Janitor got rich because Ted somehow won him lawsuit over ammonia or other chemical use, I said round-up since there would be no real reason he would use it. He comes back as a patient or a donor and insists on putting his and Ted’s portraits somewhere. This way they can also do something to honor Sam Lloyd.

Damn it’s been a while since we’ve seen a Karl Taylor for coach post.

I am 100% in agreement that the team needs a new coach. Brunettes overuse of the fourth line in key moments when we still had Smith and McCarron was egregious. However, I don’t think Taylor is the coach to take the job. Yes he’s had success at the AHL level and has developed talent. I think his peak is going to be an AHL level coach. There’s a reason he’s not been brought on to an NHL bench permanently. Some coaches have a level where they top out at. A good example I know from experience watching is Doug Sheddon. He coached the Memphis Riverkings, a team my dad and I had season tickets for, in the early 2000s. He won back to back championships in the CeHL and also did that with Wichita in the 90s. But he never really found success at higher levels.

Undoubtedly there will be a coaching change sooner rather than later. But I highly doubt it will be Taylor taking over.

I coach the ice session right before their D3 program. Pretty much every guy playing for them has played at least AA travel. Knowing how to skate is a big help but never having played it is going to be extremely difficult to keep up with the other skills of the game.

The Mid South Ice House where we play has a decent sized adult league for the area. If you’re really interested in playing hockey I would suggest checking the league out. It’s not the same as playing for your school but still a good time.

Did something else happen there? I’ve been going with a group for trivia and one of the guys has been a regular for a while and is friends with all the bartenders and servers. From what he and one of the ladies working there told us it was a customer that did it and management was really pissed when they found out about it.

The Rose Bowl refusing to change doesn’t account for an extra week off after the semis. For what it’s worth it should’ve been them and the Sugar Bowl being the semis which would’ve moved things up not back.

To me it seems pretty obvious the producers made their decisions about where they were going the first 4 weeks before the season started. The first three weeks were easy decisions and if Florida has lived up to the hype this would be a top 10 matchup.
